Client Access via the NRS website portal enables our clients to have convenient and secure access to their accounts whenever they need it. Our live collection database is uploaded daily to the Client Access Web server, so the information our clients view is up-to-date and accurate. The best part, there are no additional fees or charges to use this service!
Client Access allows our clients to view their customer’s profiles, check account balances, addresses, phone numbers, last payment dates and status. While viewing a customers profile, clients can report a direct payment or let us know if an address or phone number has changed.
Each client is granted their own unique log-in and password and is able to view their accounts. Access is restricted to authorized users and users are restricted to viewing only their accounts.
