Vishal Kumar

President & General Manager

Vishal is responsible for NRS’s overall growth and profitability. Vishal has recently been moved to President for NRS in 2014 from its Parent Company where he was working as was Head of Finance and managing worldwide 15+ companies, his core responsibility is now to grow the NRS brand to the next level through building and developing global high-performance teams that exceed service and quality expectations, meet compliance standards with business focus to improve profitability. Vishal is an accomplished leader with 18+ years of varied experience of in multinationals like Agilent Technologies, GE Capital & Philips.

Mr. Kumar is Charted Accountant (1998) and a CPA (2004) from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Delaware USA and is a certified Six Sigma professional.

Nicole Wilson-Graves

Director of Operations & Client Services

Nicole is responsible for the complete Healthcare Service line for NRS along with managing our Tyler Delivery center. She has been instrumental in growing the Healthcare Service line in NRS by ensure meeting & managing Client expectations by delivering month on month results. With all her professional years spend in Healthcare Domain she is Subject Matter Expert on areas like Revenue Cycle Management & Insurance. Prior to joining NRS, Nicolewas part of HIS Financial Team which was later acquired by NRS in 2006.

Miss Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.), Business Administration, Management and Operations from The University of Phoenix, Arizona.

Matthew Hogan

Director of IT & Compliance

Matthew Joined the NRS Team in 2008 and was part of HIS Financial since 2005 which was later acquired by NRS. Matthew has over 20 years experience in the outsourcing industry in areas like in Information Technology, including Operations Management with Project Implementations for Healthcare, Commercial and Consumer related business, Matthew being responsible for complete Compliance for NRS is an integral part of our Client Relations and On-Boarding team as he liaison between different business teams to merge customer needs with business requirements to meet expected deliverables. Matthew along with his team is also responsible for day to call auditing and other compliance related activities to Keep NRS in good standing.
